Group minimum 2, maximum 12. All children over 12 years will be charged at adult rate. Where will are unable to provide hotel mentioned we will offer one of a similar standard.
Single supplement is applicable where we are unable to pair you with roommate of same gender or upon your request.
The tour prices are subject to change without prior intimation.
The timings given in itinerary may change due to road conditions or force majeure beyond our control.

Travel insurance: necessary for all travelling with samadhi journeys.
Although Samadhi journeys will endeavour to ensure your journey is as safe and comfortable as possible, your health and wellbeing remains your own responsibility
and we will not accept any liability due to illness, injury or accident or loss of personal belongings.

Passport: Check validity? ensure at least 6 months validity.

Indian Visa: Tourist / 6 months ~ single or multiple entry (if visiting Nepal as well)

Deposits: 20% of total cost, to be paid no less than 90 days prior to commencement of your journey to secure your place.

Full payment: To be paid 60 days prior to departure by telegraphic transfer.

On receipt of full payment, receive your Samadhi journey handbook with
itinerary, detailed maps and information to assist in preparation for your journey.

Cancellation policy:

Within 15 days of commencement date/ No show: No refund
15 - 45 days prior to commencement : 50% of total cost refunded
45 days or more: less your deposit and no further deductions levied.

If a journey does not reach the minimum required, we will refund your deposit in FULL.
The deposit is only non-refundable if you pull out of your own accord.
